An exciting Internal Audit Manager (FMCG) job has just become available at one of the FMCG MNCs based in Kajang, Selangor.
About the Internal Audit Manager (FMCG) Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for managing all internal audit related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage quality audit delivery within timelines
- Identify risks in operation systems and necessary data analysis and audit steps
- Use audit tools for documenting and recording of audit work done in a specific format
- Perform data mining and present in such a format to determine latest trends, patterns or anomalies
- Follow through with auditees on queries and observations till conclusion of actionable and timelines
- Identify root cause to process gaps and provide workable recommendations
- Perform field audit like scrutiny of documents, market visit and physical verification
- Provide training and guidance to team members
- Review working papers and ensure adequate audit coverage
To succeed in this role, you must possess good critical-thinking skills to gather all of the available data and make informed decisions
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on accounting and internal auditing
- At least six years of work experience in internal audit
- Proficiency in SAP accounting software and spreadsheets and a Data Analyst
- Familiar with manufacturing and FMCG industries
- Strong communication skills and good attention to detail to review large amount of data and numbers
- Good critical-thinking skills to gather all of the available data and make informed decisions
- Willing to travel internationally and independent
- Good in communication both verbal and written for a variety of stakeholders
