An attractive Senior ERM Manager job has become available at a prestigious company based in Kuala Lumpur. Reporting directly to the Head of Risk, this is a role for a finance expertise who is a leader in their field.
About the Senior ERM Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible in finance risk management and assessment with various business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate risk assessment workshops with various business units to ensure key risks are identified and managed
- Promote risk awareness and support business units by providing guidance on risk management processes
- Proactively engage risk owners to monitor and report risks, build tools and processes, drive risk informed decision-making and enhance risk informed execution
- Implement control self-assessment to provide assurance on the effectiveness and adequacy of controls
- Regularly monitor and report risks and emerging issues
To succeed in this Senior ERM Manager role, you must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in accountancy, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, MIA or equivalent professional qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Thorough understanding of ISO31000 and COSO control framework
- Ability to work with all levels of management in a high-paced and dynamic environment
