About the Accounts Executive, General Ledger Role:
As the Accounts Executive, General Ledger, you will mainly be involved in handling the full set of accounts matters for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintain a full set of accounts
• Prepare interco reconciliation
• Assist in preparing management report on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
• Assist in preparing outlook and budget on a yearly basis
• Assist in preparing tax/deferred tax recon
• Assist in reporting required by consolidation reporting team
• Assist in preparing Compilation of annual tax filing info including liaising with tax department
• Assist in audit and tax review

To succeed in this Accounts Executive, General Ledger role, you must have strong analytical skill and attention to details.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of one year's experience in accounting/audit fields
• Computer software literate
• Strong communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills
• Positive minded, willingness to accept other points of view and the ability to interpret information from others
• Proficiency in PC skills and literacy in common software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, etc.
