About the Assistant Manager, Group Reporting Role:
As the Assistant Manager, Group Reporting, you will mainly be involved in handling the group reporting and consolidation related matters for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for group financial reporting including consolidation and financial statements
• Responsible for the supervision of timely financial closing of subsidiaries and perform financial analysis on the variances
• Responsible in the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Assist in accounting papers for the accounting policies and procedures adopted by the group
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents or other parties including regulatory bodies on accounting or financing matters
• Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned

To succeed in this Assistant Manager, Group Reporting role, you must be an independent, meticulous and self-motivated finance professional with high attention to detail and proven leadership capabilities.

Key Requirements:

• At least five years' relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree qualification with professional qualification MIA/ACCA/CPA
• Sound knowledge in Malaysia Financial Reporting Standards
• Experience in the audit of listed companies/involved in group reporting of listed company
• Experience in property development industry is an added advantage
• Excellent in written and spoken English
