Collaborating with department heads to gather inputs and conduct variance analyses against budgets/forecasts will be a key part of your role. What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this FP&A Manager position brings a wealth of experience and a strong skill set. You hold a professional certification in ACCA / CIMA / ICAEW / CPA. You have at least 8 - 10 years of working experience in FMCG, MNC or similar industries. Your background includes business partnering and manufacturing experience. If you've worked as a plant controller before, that would be an added advantage. Proficiency in Oracle/SAP systems is preferred. Experience of working with multi-cultural teams across APAC will be beneficial.
