What you'll do:

As the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, your role will be pivotal in shaping the financial future of our client's esteemed educational institutions.

• Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations to assist in driving business and efficiency improvements
• Oversee all aspects of fundamental financial planning and analysis
• Ensure the accuracy of regular forecasting and budgeting for the schools
• Identify and comprehend business issues, proposing and implementing solutions
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), variance analysis and trend analysis
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and stakeholders

What you bring:

As the ideal candidate for the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis role, you bring a wealth of experience in finance along with proven leadership capabilities.

• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA preferred
• Professional qualifications such as CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CGMA, CPA
• Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing teams
• Extensive experience in reporting consolidation, business planning, implementation
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
