As a Financial Analyst (FP&A), you will be at the heart of our finance team, playing a pivotal role in shaping our financial future. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive financial analysis that drives our strategic decision-making process. You will lead forecasting and budgeting exercises, review business cases, develop financial models, and ensure accurate closing of finance activities. Your ability to provide clear, concise summaries of complex data will be instrumental in guiding our business leaders' decisions.

  • Provide Finance Business Partnering support for Division, offering comprehensive, timely and effective financial analysis, insights and recommendations.
  • Support the business in setting financial KPIs by providing key business insights and analysis outcomes to drive and track performance.
  • Lead in the monthly/quarterly forecasting and annual budget exercise by reviewing financial assumptions and highlighting risks/issues.
  • Participate in the annual Product Costing exercise.
  • Review business cases and develop financial business models to assess the financial feasibility of initiatives/products before presenting to the business leaders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate closing of finance and accounting activities while providing an in-depth analysis of the financial performance.
  • Provide variance explanations of actual vs budget / forecast, including reporting of key findings to the business.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Financial Analyst (FP&A) role will bring a wealth of relevant experience, including a strong background in financial planning and analysis. You will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to summarise complex data clearly and concisely. Your strong teamwork and interpersonal skills will enable you to work effectively within our dynamic team, while your tenacity and problem-solving abilities will ensure you thrive in our fast-paced environment. Emotional resilience is key, as is proficiency in PC applications such as Microsoft Office, SAP, ANAPLAN, UiPath, and Macros.

  • Degree in Accountancy (preferred) with minimum 5-8 years relevant working experience.
  • At least 3-5 year of Financial Planning and Analysis experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills with attention to details.
  • Ability to provide crisp and clear summarized analysis.
  • Good communication with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity independently and deliver within strict timeline in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tenacity and problem-solving skills.
  • Emotional resilience and ability to withstand pressure on an ongoing basis.
  • Competent in PC applications e.g. Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP, ANAPLAN, UiPath, Macros will be an advantage.
