Our client is seeking a dedicated Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join their vibrant team. This role offers the opportunity to manage strategic planning, rolling forecasts, and R&Os in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of accurate financial forecasts in line with business objectives, using up-to-date performance indicators and stakeholder inputs.

What you'll do:

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing strategic planning, rolling forecasts, and R&Os. You will support the development of accurate financial forecasts that align with business objectives, using up-to-date performance indicators and stakeholder inputs. You will also collaborate with other functional teams on routine tasks and ad-hoc projects.

  • Manage the preparation of Strategic Planning, Rolling forecast and R&Os
  • Support development of accurate financial forecasts in line with business objectives
  • Maintain Volume to Value software as the primary forecasting system tool
  • Conduct monthly forecast maintenance and master data cleanup
  • Ensure the correctness of product hierarchy
  • Support the building and collation of financial information database
  • Collaborate with other function teams in routine/ad-hoc tasks and projects

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Financial Planning and Analysis Manager position will hold a Bachelor's degree or professional qualification. You should have at least three years of experience in financial planning and analysis. Your ability to manage relationships with stakeholders within the company is essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude towards your work is highly valued.
