About the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager/Senior Manager (F&B) Role:
In this role, you will be business partnering with the marketing team to achieve higher financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for ongoing reviews of monthly retail sales and profit and loss performance
• Highlight over or under spending areas for prompt follow ups
• Track actual performance against budget
• Play an innovative and active role in providing financial advice and assistance to brands on their business issues
• Communicate financial perspective on business issues to brands in their language
• Discuss and review monthly profit and loss estimates and sales commentaries
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Manage annual budget processes
• Manage monthly estimate processes
• Help to determine and action appropriate pricing strategies

To succeed in this Financial Planning and Analysis Manager/Senior Manager (F&B) role, you need to be agile and have good analysis and problem-solving skills.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required
• Five or more years of financial management experience in a multinational company with three or more years of people management experience
• Prior experience in retail, FMCG or F&B industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Microsoft Dynamics is preferred
