An exciting Financial Planning and Analysis Manager job is available at one of the multinational companies. About the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager Role: In this role, you will business partner with the brands to achieve higher financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for on-going review of monthly retail sales and profit and loss performance
• Highlight over or under spending areas for prompt follow up by the Consumer Managers
• Track actual performance against budget
• Play an innovative and active role in providing financial advice and assistance to brands on their business issues
• Ability to communicate financial perspective on business issues to brands in their language
• Discuss and review monthly profit and loss estimates and sales commentaries with Brand Managers and ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Manage the annual budget process
• Manage monthly estimate process
• Help to determine and action appropriate pricing strategies

To succeed in the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager role, you need to be agile and have good analysis and problem solving skills.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• Five or more years' financial management experience in a multinational company with three or more years of people management experience
• Prior experience in FMCG, retail or F&B industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Microsoft Dynamics is preferred
