About the FP&A Manager (Telco) Role:
In this business critical role, you will manage the reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes across the markets to support shareholder objectives and meet company timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes across the markets to support shareholder objectives and meet group timelines
• Partner with the leadership and finance teams to drive insightful analytics to guide strategic business decisions which align to the market and company’s financial objectives
• Establish standard processes across the markets to drive improved forecast accuracy and ensure quality output, strict adherence to deadlines and consistency in reporting formats
• Potentially integrate new acquisitions into the core processes
• Work closely with the financial reporting teams to improve quality and timeliness of reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
• Analyse financial performance against budget, forecast highlighting trends, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions

To succeed in this FP&A Manager (Telco) job, you will need to be meticulous, with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in financial management and at least 8 - 10 years of professional experience
• Profound knowledge in the areas of controlling and performance management
• Very good understanding of the business models and drivers of the telecommunications market
