What you'll do:

As Senior Finance Manager you will play a central role in shaping the organisation’s financial landscape.

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated group financial statements in accordance with IFRS requirements, ensuring all intercompany eliminations, foreign exchange translations, and consolidation adjustments are accurately reflected.
• Oversee the entire group consolidation process by coordinating with local finance teams across various jurisdictions to ensure consistent application of accounting standards and timely submission of statutory accounts.
• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors during annual audits, managing audit timelines and addressing technical queries to facilitate smooth completion of audit processes.
• Monitor compliance with IFRS, local GAAPs, tax regulations, and listing requirements while identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigating controls.
• Lead the preparation of comprehensive management reporting packages for group leadership by delivering clear variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights that support operational efficiency, commercial performance reviews, and strategic decision-making at board level.
• Oversee corporate tax compliance activities in collaboration with local service providers while supporting transfer pricing documentation and monitoring regulatory developments affecting listed companies.
• Drive transformation initiatives within finance operations by improving automation, standardising processes across subsidiaries, enhancing data integrity, and implementing best practices in close process management.

What you bring:

To excel as Senior Finance Manager you will bring extensive experience from public accounting or multinational public companies—ideally having progressed through roles requiring increasing responsibility over at least ten years.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline is essential for this position along with CA, CPA or equivalent professional certification.
• A minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience gained within public accounting firms or multinational public companies is required for success in this role.
• Experience at manager level or above within one of the Big 4 accounting firms is highly desirable due to the technical demands of group consolidation work.
• Demonstrated expertise in preparing consolidated financial statements under IFRS is mandatory; familiarity with listed company reporting environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills are needed to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organisational levels including board members and external auditors.
• A continuous improvement mindset focused on operational efficiency together with demonstrated team management capability rounds out the ideal profile.
