An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Controller to join a respected organisation in Selangor.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you will be a key member of both the local management team and the regional controller leadership group, taking full ownership of end-to-end financial management and statutory compliance at the country level.

🔎 What You’ll Be Driving:

• Full ownership of financial reporting, statutory compliance, and governance

• Leading month-end close, audit, and tax compliance processes

• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Monitoring revenue, EBITA, working capital, and cash flow performance

• Strengthening internal controls and risk management frameworks

• Leading and developing a lean finance & admin team

• Partnering cross-functionally to support strategic business decisions

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA/ACCA/CA (preferred)

• 5+ years of controllership experience in MNC or regional environments

• Strong ERP exposure and analytical capabilities

• Proven ability to operate independently in matrix organisations

• High integrity, governance-driven mindset, and strong stakeholder management skills
