What you'll do:

As Financial Controller within this dynamic group structure, you will be entrusted with overseeing all aspects of financial management across few subsidiaries. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with senior leaders on strategic projects while guiding your team through complex reporting cycles.

• Oversee all financial operations across all subsidiary entities, ensuring accurate consolidation and reporting in line with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Managing Director to provide insightful analysis and recommendations that support strategic business decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five finance professionals, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where everyone can thrive.
• Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for both internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations related to IPO processes, tax filings, audits, and other regulatory matters across all group entities.
• Implement robust internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets and maintain high standards of corporate governance.
