What you'll do:
As a Financial Controller, your primary responsibility will be to manage all aspects of financial management. You'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the company's goals. Your expertise in corporate accounting, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting will be vital in ensuring the company's financial stability. You'll also be involved in preparing budgets and forecasts, managing tax filings, coordinating regulatory reporting, and supporting the month-end and year-end close process.
- You will oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation.
- You will develop and implement financial strategies for the business.
- You will manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- You will coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
- You will support month-end and year-end close process.
- You will ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
What you bring:

- You have proven working experience as a Financial Controller.
- You have 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
- You have advanced degree in Accounting.
- CPA or CMA preferred.
- You have thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- You have experience with creating financial statements.
- You have excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
