This pivotal Financial Controller role will oversee and optimise financial operations, playing a key role in shaping the corporate strategy. The successful candidate will lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports, support strategic decision-making, and ensure effective financial planning and analysis.

What you'll do:

As a Financial Controller, you will play an integral role in driving the company's growth objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of accurate financial reports while ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your role will also involve leading the financial planning process which includes budget preparation, forecasting, and scenario modelling. You will monitor company performance through key performance indicators and adjust strategies as necessary to meet corporate goals. Additionally, you will conduct thorough analyses of industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budget preparation, forecasting, and scenario modelling.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives across business units.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimise financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in financial management.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to build high-performing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
