Our client is seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Regional Group Financial Controller to lead their controllership function at the Group level.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the accounting and reporting activities of multiple subsidiaries and holding companies, ensuring robust financial governance and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the development and maintenance of strong internal controls and accurate financial reporting within the Group.

What you'll do:
You will work closely with finance teams across SEA, overseeing accounting and reporting activities of multiple subsidiaries and holding companies. Your expertise will ensure robust financial governance, driving operational efficiency while supporting the development of strong internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting requirements across our Group of companies
- Manage intercompany transactions and transfer pricing, adhering to regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis team to align financial planning with controllership functions
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives within the finance function to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead special projects including system implementation and post-acquisition integration planning
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Regional Financial Controller position brings a wealth of experience from a senior controllership role within a multinational organization.
- Minimum of 10 years in a senior controllership role within a multinational organization
- Extensive experience in financial consolidation across Southeast Asia
- Proven expertise in conducting goodwill evaluations, impairment tests, and valuation of put and call options
- Strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and internal controls
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in building high-performing finance teams
