About the Financial Controller Role:
In this role, you will be overseeing the overall integrity of business records and internal control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full spectrum of accounts closing, in compliance with accounting standards
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations
• Develop and maintain effective internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Manage cash flow, tax compliance and lead the finance team
• Develop finance process improvements
• Optimise company tax position

To succeed in this Financial Controller role, you need to have internal control improvement experience.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required; MIA/ACCA/CPA/MICPA/CIMA/ICAEW is a must
• 10 or more years of financial management experience in audit, FMCG and retail industries
• Experience managing company tax audits
