About the Risk & Compliance Manager Role:
As the Risk & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for full spectrum of risk management and compliance for the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop risk management framework, risk appetites and targets; and communicate across the group
• Effectively identify and assess risks
• Develop tools, processes and key risk indicators to monitor changes and impact
• Document formally defined reporting structures for the consideration and escalation of risks
• Create training and development to build risk awareness and how risks can be effectively managed
• Develop risk assessments based on the core value chain of the group
• Manage any other related tasks as assigned

To succeed in this Risk & Compliance Manager role, you must be a high-energy, responsive, detail-oriented, and experienced leader with strong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, operational, and people skills.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in business/finance/accounting/investment/economics
• At least five years of work experience
• Team player with strong interpersonal and project management skills, resourceful, and able to deliver results under tight deadlines
• Written and verbal proficiency in English
• Good presentation and writing skills
