Financial Controller (Seremban)

A Financial Controller (Seremban) job has become available at a global manufacturing company based in Negeri Sembilan, to lead and improve the company’s finance department.

About the Financial Controller (Seremban) Role:
Reporting to the Regional Financial Controller, you will lead the accounting team in recording and reporting financial numbers and ensuring compliance, whilst driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing, managing, evaluating and interpreting financial forecast and operating results
• Establishing and monitoring internal controls in protecting the integrity and propriety of assets and financials of the company
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures in meeting local and global statutory requirements
• Leading projects which include ERP implementations and system upgrade and new business opportunities evaluation

To succeed in this role, you should have a mixture of external audit and commercial experience and have excellent stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in accounting
• At least 15 years of relevant work experience, with most of the time spent in the manufacturing industry
• Excellent communication and influencing capabilities
• Strong experience in controlling and analysis
