This role offers you the opportunity to play a pivotal part in evaluating clinic acquisitions and strategic investments, directly influencing the organisation’s growth trajectory. You will be empowered to conduct structured financial modelling, commercial due diligence, and feasibility studies, preparing investment recommendations that shape board-level decisions. The organisation values your analytical expertise and provides a supportive environment with ongoing training to help you thrive. If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact within the healthcare sector and enjoy collaborating with knowledgeable professionals, this position promises both challenge and reward.

What you'll do:

  • Develop comprehensive financial projections including cashflow modelling, break-even analysis, IRR, NPV, and sensitivity modelling to support investment decisions.
  • Benchmark valuation against industry multiples and identify financial as well as operational risk exposures for each opportunity.
  • Conduct commercial due diligence by validating business sustainability, assessing revenue dependency risks, and highlighting operational or compliance concerns in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Prepare structured business cases and acquisition evaluation reports for presentation to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Present key findings, valuation justification, and recommendations in clear formats that facilitate decision-making at board level.
  • Support financial negotiation processes with clinic owners by assisting in pricing structure alignment and commercial terms discussions.
  • Work collaboratively with legal and finance teams during transaction execution to ensure smooth deal closure.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new verticals and joint venture opportunities as part of future strategic expansion initiatives.
  • Develop financial models for partnership structures, evaluate capital requirements, and assess expected return performance for new ventures.

What you bring:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is required for this position as it forms the foundation of your technical expertise.

  • Strong capability in financial modelling is mandatory; you must be able to independently build models that inform critical investment decisions.
  • Experience preparing structured investment or feasibility reports demonstrates your ability to communicate complex findings effectively.
  • Comfort presenting analysis to senior management ensures you can articulate recommendations confidently in high-stakes environments.
  • Analytical judgement combined with risk assessment capability allows you to identify potential pitfalls and propose mitigations proactively.
  • Familiarity with benchmarking valuation against industry multiples enhances your ability to provide contextually relevant insights.
  • Ability to conduct commercial due diligence by validating business sustainability and assessing operational risks is highly valued.
  • Collaborative approach when working with legal and finance teams during transaction execution supports seamless deal closure.
