About the FP&A, Assistant Manager (Korean Speaker) Role:
In this role, you will assist in financial management; helping maintain financial transparency; support decision-making, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial statements including the income statement (profit and loss statement), balance sheet, and cash flow statement
• Assist in creating and managing budgets and financial forecasts, providing valuable input for financial planning and decision-making
• Analyse financial data and provide insights into a company's performance, financial trends, and areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate and detailed financial transactions records; generate financial reports for management
• Ensure that the company's financial reporting is in compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and laws

To succeed in this FP&A, Assistant Manager (Korean Speaker), you must be able to communicate effectively at all levels ensuring team members are being motivated, guided and supported.

Key Requirements:

• Must be a native Korean speaker
• SAP experience is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related major or equivalent professional experience is required
• At least three years of accounting or financial planning experience
• Demonstrated excellent financial and quantitative skills
• Communicates effectively and has strong presentation skills
