Finance Controlling Executive

About the Finance Controlling Executive Role:
This role requires you to ensure timely and accurate delivery of function reporting to Iberia, reviewing costs on monthly basis and highlight major fluctuations and discuss with Function Leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be involved in forecast and budget preparation for functions, including discussion and alignment with Country/AP Function Leads
• Prepare function allocation cycle to business and ensure accuracy and completeness
• Be involved in the preparation of Internal Service Agreement (ISA) and Long Service Award (LSA) between entities
• Perform billings issuance relevant to cross-border services
• Perform planning and reporting activities which includes coordinating with Country Business Performance Controllers which includes closure of tool, input of Sitax figures and ensure the completion of Business Unit's Forecast and locking of Forecast tool
• Perform planning and reporting activities which includes forecast, NCE and FCF
• Handle all queries related to functions and forecast tool
• Support your superior on any ad hoc reports/topics

To succeed in this Finance Controlling Executive role, you must be strong in people management, critical thinking and have the right mindset for the job.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualifications
• At least two years of working experience
• Experience in SAP FICO module
• Experience in general accounting function with exposure to business requirements and interfaces
