FP&A Analyst

A leading shared service centre is seeking a talented FP&A Analyst in Kuala Lumpur. In this job, you will handle all financial planning and analysis related matters.

About the FP&A Analyst Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all FP&A related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle planning and budgeting related matters, develop forecasts, trends and performance management analysis
• Run standard reports with understanding of budgeting, planning and operational data
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements between all stakeholders
• Troubleshoot process issues with efficient solutions
• Be involved in continuous improvement in process simplifications and automation

To succeed in this FP&A Analyst role, you must have the ability to handle financial planning related tasks.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of four to five years of work experience in the FP&A function, with SSC experience is preferred
• Degree/diploma in finance and accounting/commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Great communication skills and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and strong analytical skills
