Success in this role requires not only technical proficiency but also a collaborative spirit—your contributions will directly influence the company’s growth trajectory.
- Manage the full spectrum of accounting operations, including monthly closing activities, account reconciliations, and preparation of detailed financial reports for management review.
- Prepare accurate financial statements on a regular basis while providing insightful analysis to guide strategic decision-making across the organisation.
- Handle all aspects of budgeting, forecasting future financial performance, and managing cash flow to ensure the business remains financially robust as it grows.
- Oversee statutory payments such as SST, EPF, SOCSO, and PCB by ensuring timely compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Ensure compliance with e-invoicing regulations by preparing submissions accurately and on schedule to meet government standards.
- Liaise effectively with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks, and relevant government bodies regarding financial matters and other related issues.
- Collaborate with outlet managers to reconcile point-of-sale (POS) reports against bank deposits and expenses for each location.
- Support the setup of accounting processes for new outlets or franchise expansions by establishing efficient systems from day one.
