What you'll do:

As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of the organisation’s financial records. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve processing payments, handling staff claims, reconciling bank statements, managing e-Invois transactions, overseeing inventory-related entries, maintaining audit documentation, and participating in period-end closing activities. You will also collaborate closely with external auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Success in this role requires a high level of accuracy, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team. Your contribution will be essential in upholding the organisation’s reputation for reliability and precision.

Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets in accordance with established financial accounting standards.
Process payments and invoices for all sales transactions on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Handle staff claims efficiently by verifying details and ensuring prompt reimbursement in line with company policies.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations to maintain accurate and complete financial records.
Oversee e-Invois transactions between suppliers and customers, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Handle inventory-related transactions by recording entries accurately and performing regular reconciliations.
Maintain comprehensive audit records by filing supporting documents systematically for easy access during audits.
Participate actively in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities to ensure all accounting tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to facilitate compliance with audit requirements and tax regulations.
Undertake any other duties as assigned to support the finance department’s objectives.


What you bring:
