Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Executive to oversee the preparation, analysis, and presentation of accurate financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves managing reporting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), supporting audits, and providing actionable insights to senior management. You will collaborate across teams to streamline reporting workflows and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Support external audits by preparing required documentation.
• Improve reporting processes through automation and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial software systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex data clearly.
