Junior Executive (open to fresh grads)

This client is seeking a Finance Executive to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and developing insights from financial data to support decision making.

As a Finance Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of the company's finances. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation of financial statements, managing accounts receivables and payables, supporting process improvements, liaising with relevant authorities, among others. You will also be expected to comply with all company policies and regulations while striving for continuous improvement in efficiencies and product quality. This role requires a high level of commitment, dependability and a keen eye for detail.

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, management of accounts receivables, accounts payables, general ledger, bank reconciliation and cashflow management and forecasting
• Ensure all invoices are captured accurately and payments are managed effectively
• Supervise and support the Finance team in all related areas
• Assist in the preparation of yearly budget and monthly rolling forecast
• Support on process improvements and automation through system and process standard enhancement in relation to data management
• Ensure all documentation and records are captured promptly and an effective filing system is maintained
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, code of conduct and regulations
• Analyse processes and implement measures which will affect continuous improvements to efficiencies and product quality
• Liaise with relevant government authorities, regulators, company secretary, corporate finance tax agent and external auditor

• Proven experience in finance management or similar roles

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with relevant authorities
