About the AR Team Lead Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all AR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for customers' credit limits by liaising with relevant stakeholders
• Manage collection of the related countries
• Provide relevant and reliable risk advice to the senior management or other relevant stakeholders
• Participate in all reporting cycles
• Drive improvement in overdue debt and collection effectiveness

To succeed in this AR Team Lead role, you must be able to communicate effectively at all levels ensuring team members are being motivated, guided and supported.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in finance/accountancy or professional qualification (e.g. ACCA/CPA) or equivalent
• Good Microsoft skills i.e. Excel, Words and PowerPoint
• Good command of and proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
• Responsible, accountable, resourceful and a good team player
• Meticulous with an eye for detail and able to manage stress and deliver results under tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, full of initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Dedicated and organised individual who has strong time management skills and is committed to getting tasks done
