What you'll do:

  • Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements across various markets, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements by preparing necessary documentation and responding promptly to auditor queries.
  • Implement internal financial controls and approval processes to safeguard assets and minimise potential risks or discrepancies.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems such as billing, payroll, and accounting platforms by supporting system improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Provide basic financial analysis including cost tracking, margin analysis, budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and cost structure analysis under guidance from leadership.

What you bring:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is required for this position to ensure foundational knowledge of industry principles.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles is essential for handling complex responsibilities effectively.
  • Experience in managing full set of accounts demonstrates your capability to oversee end-to-end financial processes.
  • Regional finance exposure is preferred as it equips you with understanding of multi-country operations and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with statutory regulations across different markets enables you to navigate local tax laws efficiently.
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles ensures accuracy in reporting and adherence to best practices.
  • Proficiency with accounting systems and ERP platforms supports efficient workflow management and data consistency.
  • Ability to perform balance sheet reconciliations highlights your attention to detail in maintaining complete records.
