Finance Manager (Project Accounting)

Job Overview We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial reporting and accounting operations. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing project accounting activities, and supporting business decisions through financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions including GL, AP, AR, and fixed assets
• Manage project accounting activities including cost tracking, revenue recognition, and project profitability analysis
• Monitor project budgets and ensure accurate financial reporting for ongoing projects
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes where necessary
• Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support management decision making
• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy in operations
• Utilize SAP for financial reporting, project tracking, and accounting processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
• Hands on experience in project accounting is required
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles
• Experience managing audits, financial reporting, and statutory compliance
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
