What you'll do:

As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of critical financial operations including planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting, taxation planning, audit functions, and cash flow management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing month-end closings, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements, supervising a dedicated finance team, liaising with external partners such as auditors and tax agents, developing KPIs for business analysis purposes, reviewing budget variances for management action, updating policies according to group guidelines, managing annual tax submissions including GST and transfer pricing documentation. You will also be expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity while supporting commercial interests through accurate record-keeping. Success in this role requires you to bring together technical expertise with excellent interpersonal skills—ensuring smooth collaboration across departments while contributing positively to the company’s reputation.

* Monitor and ensure timely month-end financial closing processes to provide accurate and prompt financial reporting for effective company performance measurement.
* Oversee the completion and compliance of all required monthly reporting activities in accordance with good corporate governance standards.
* Maintain close liaison with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and other relevant authorities to ensure seamless communication and regulatory compliance.
* Ensure adherence to accounting standards, statutory requirements, and external regulations impacting the finance function.
* Supervise the finance team on daily operational matters while offering guidance and support to maintain high standards of work quality.
* Develop and monitor key performance indicators that underpin business analysis, cost margin evaluation, and profitability assessments.
* Review monthly budgets against actual expenditures, highlighting deviations to management for timely corrective actions.
* Update all policies and procedures in line with Group directives to ensure consistency across the organisation.
* Manage annual tax computations, GST submissions, transfer pricing documentation, and other statutory filings as required by local regulations.
* Uphold the company’s Code of Conduct while maintaining records accurately and efficiently, ensuring all duties are performed in line with internal processes.

What you bring:

To excel as Finance Manager you will draw upon your extensive background in finance—ideally gained within multinational organisations where IFRS reporting is standard practice. Your ability to manage complex projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail will set you apart. Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CPA further demonstrate your dedication to continuous improvement. Fluency in English is essential given the international scope of operations; additional languages are welcomed.
