What you'll do:

  • Prepare, track, and present detailed monthly financial reports, trackers, and dashboards to key stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Provide clear highlights and insightful analysis to support critical business decisions and ensure transparency in financial performance.
  • Coordinate the translation of business strategies into robust annual and long-term financial plans as well as periodic outlooks for the company.
  • Monitor actual performance against planned targets, analyse variances thoroughly, and recommend necessary adjustments to achieve organisational goals.
  • Navigate ambiguity confidently by transforming complex data into meaningful information that supports new strategic initiatives and drives business development activities.
  • Lead or support comprehensive financial evaluations for new capital expenditure proposals including ROI calculations, Payback Period assessments, and NPV analysis.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality financial presentations tailored for both business meetings and leadership discussions.
  • Streamline existing reporting processes by driving standardisation efforts and implementing efficiency improvements wherever possible.

  • Show proven experience with accounting standards as well as management reporting processes including statutory compliance requirements.
  • Exhibit proficiency in ERP systems alongside advanced skills in MS Excel (including Power Query) and Power BI for effective data management and reporting.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity combined with meticulous attention to detail which ensures accuracy in all aspects of financial reporting.
