Ideally, you have spent at least five years honing your skills across diverse functions such as reporting, budgeting, audit coordination, and compliance. A solid academic foundation—preferably complemented by professional certifications—will underpin your technical expertise. Experience within the construction sector or project-based accounting will further enhance your ability to add value during budget reviews. Your capacity for careful planning allows you to juggle competing priorities without compromising quality. Above all else, your supportive approach enables you to guide teams towards shared goals while nurturing individual strengths.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working within a finance or accounting department is required; prior experience at audit firms is considered an added advantage.
