Monitor ongoing financial performance closely to ensure stability as the organisation expands into new markets and regions, maintaining robust controls throughout.
Partner strategically with department heads by offering expert financial advice and ensuring resources are allocated effectively to fuel sustainable growth initiatives.
Manage day-to-day financial operations including cash flow management, preparation of accurate reports, and strict compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align financial objectives with broader organisational goals and support seamless execution of projects.
Utilise advanced analytical tools and financial modelling techniques to inform business strategy and optimise resource allocation.
Champion the use of technology such as ERP systems and artificial intelligence within finance processes to enhance accuracy, speed, and insight generation.

What you bring:

To excel as Finance Manager in this impactful setting, you bring not only technical expertise but also a passion for supporting community wellbeing through sound financial stewardship. Your background includes significant experience navigating complex business landscapes—preferably within fast-growing sectors like food or retail—where you have successfully led teams through change. You possess exceptional organisational skills that allow you to juggle competing demands while maintaining accuracy under pressure. Your interpersonal abilities foster collaboration among colleagues from varied backgrounds; you are adept at translating numbers into narratives that inspire action. A commitment to continuous learning keeps you ahead of industry trends, especially when it comes to integrating new technologies into traditional finance functions. Above all else, your dedication aligns with the organisation’s core value: making affordable nutrition available for everyone.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is required; Chartered Accountant certification is highly preferred for this position.
A minimum of 7–8 years’ relevant experience in finance roles—ideally within the food industry or retail sector—demonstrates your deep understanding of industry-specific challenges.
At least 3–5 years’ proven managerial experience showcases your ability to guide teams through periods of growth or transformation.
Demonstrated success in driving strategic financial projects within high-growth or evolving environments highlights your adaptability and forward-thinking approach.
Experience streamlining processes and enhancing forecasting systems ensures you can deliver operational improvements that matter.
Advanced analytical skills paired with strong proficiency in Excel, financial software applications, and ERP systems enable you to generate valuable insights efficiently.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies allows you to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or compliance.
Excellent communication skills are essential for presenting complex information clearly to senior leadership as well as building trust-based relationships across departments.
Mandarin language proficiency is preferred so you can collaborate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners across diverse markets.
High attention to detail combined with self-motivation equips you to thrive amid ambiguity while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
