Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager for their Finance & HR department. This role offers an attractive salary range of RM180,000 to RM240,000 per annum and is based in the vibrant city of Hanoi, Vietnam. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the General Director on day-to-day financial and operational matters, providing key support for local business initiatives and tracking project implementation. This role also involves close coordination with the CFO at KL HQ to ensure timely financial reporting, alignment with group financial strategies, and effective execution of funding and compliance matters.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Manager for Finance & HR, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring regulatory compliance, enabling robust financial planning, and optimizing resource utilization to support the company’s strategic and operational objectives. You will lead the Finance and Accounting Department in Hanoi, overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial management, taxation, and related finance operations. Additionally, you will oversee the Human Resources, IT, and Admin Department in Hanoi to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment of corporate policies.

* Oversee day-to-day operations of the accounting department
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors
* Implement and maintain internal control procedures
* Manage the company’s financial resources and provide financial analysis
* Prepare, review, and update strategic and annual business plans
* Oversee treasury operations including funding plans and securing loans
* Manage tax planning, compliance, and submission processes
* Oversee HR, IT and Admin operations from time to time

What you bring:

As a Senior Manager for Finance & HR, your integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information will be crucial. You should bring strong technical knowledge of general/international accounting principles and standards (GAAP, IFRS). Your proven experience in financial and accounting leadership roles will be invaluable. Excellent communication skills are required particularly in presenting complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. High attention to detail and accuracy is expected.

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or Audit
* CPA or equivalent certification preferred
* Minimum 15 years of working experience
* Prior experience in the property development industry is essential
* Experience in the residential property market is an added advantage
* Preferably with good understanding of Vietnamese accounting, audit, and tax laws
