What you'll do:

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company's finances. Your duties will span across various aspects of finance, including operations, compliance, consolidation, analysis of financial data, liaising with external stakeholders, overseeing cash flow forecasts, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing audits, and handling treasury matters. You will also establish and maintain finance policies and procedures while tracking the company's financial status and performance. Your role will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and seeking methods to minimize financial risk.

• Manage the full spectrum of the company's accounting and finance tasks

• Monitor day-to-day finance operations, including invoicing and other transactions

• Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, bankers, lawyers, and government authorities

• Oversee monthly and ad-hoc cash flow forecasts

• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting and reporting regulations

• Manage annual financial audit and treasury matters

• Establish and maintain finance policies and procedures for the company

• Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for improvement

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Finance Manager position brings a wealth of experience in the accounting field along with a degree in Accountancy. You have spent at least 8 to 10 years honing your skills in this area. Your knowledge of Malaysia Taxation Laws sets you apart from others. If you have worked in a property development company or have an audit/consultancy background, it would be an added advantage. Membership of professional bodies like MIA or CPA would further enhance your application. Above all else, your excellent communication and interpersonal skills make you the perfect fit for this role.
