Finance Manager (Puchong, Hybrid) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager role based in Puchong. This hybrid role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team, reporting directly to the Regional CFO. you be responsible for managing day-to-day finance-related matters, driving budget achievement with sales/operations teams, and handling deep-dive financial analysis.

What you'll do:

As a Finance Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the achievement of budgets and forecasts alongside the sales/operations teams.

• Manage deep-dive analysis on financials actual vs budget/forecast; with root cause analysis and mitigation action
• Handle cost control and management, ensure all spending are within approved budget and on a needs basis
• Ensure costs are reflective of the expected margins
• Manage balance sheet - inventory, ensure proper record in SAP and no wastage
• Ensure all GR/IR are <60 days
• Ensure timely reporting of management- reporting/forecast budget reporting with transparency and reasonable quality
• Highlight concerns and/or issues and mitigation plans
• Internal control - take the lead in internal control matters. Be well-versed in all local processes and work with function managers to address any internal control issues and mitigate accordingly

What you bring:

To succeed in this Finance Manager role, you need to bring a strong academic background, preferably with a university degree or professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA.

• At least 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in handling finance and accounting scope
• High integrity, independent and analytical and communications skills together with a strong sense of responsibility
• Proactive, a fast learner, self-motivated, able to multitask and performance-driven
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and experience in SAP is a plus
