Senior Finance Manager

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to spearhead and enhance their finance operations, management reporting, and financial planning. This role calls for a hands-on leader who can collaborate with Founders to bring about change within a Family-Owned business environment.

• Work closely with senior management to shape the company’s financial strategy

What you'll do:

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the finance operations of the company.

• Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and cash flow management
• Lead and streamline the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process.
• Manage internal and external audits
• Assess current financial processes, identify gaps, and implement structured workflows
• Strengthen compliance, financial controls, and risk management
• Collaborate with IT to optimize ERP and accounting system functionalities
• Implement monthly financial reviews
• Improve financial forecasting and budgeting

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Finance Manager position brings a wealth of experience in finance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA are a plus.
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in finance.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG is preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial operations, reporting, and forecasting.
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and financial reporting tools.
