What You’ll Do:

As a Finance Manager, you will be a key player in shaping the financial direction of the dealership. Your responsibilities will cover financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance, ensuring smooth financial operations to support business expansion. You will work closely with the CFO and senior management to develop financial strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.

• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and compliance.
• Lead the finance team in managing general ledger, costing, financial planning & analysis, and treasury functions.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
• Implement internal controls and policies to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and after-sales departments to optimize financial performance.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, legal advisors, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, providing data-driven insights for business decisions.

What You Bring:

The ideal candidate has a solid background in finance and accounting, with experience in automotive dealerships or retail businesses being a strong advantage. You should be a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and communication skills.

• Professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA / ICAEW / MICPA) or a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in external audit, financial management, or commercial accounting.
• Experience in the automotive dealership industry or retail finance is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate/advanced functions).
• Excellent command of English, with strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
• A proactive, diligent, and optimistic mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Great interpersonal and leadership skills to drive team performance.
