Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. What you'll do:
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's finances. You will be responsible for overseeing the full set of accounts, preparing management reports, financial statements, and conducting variance analysis. Your role will also involve leading budgeting and forecasting processes while keeping an eye on financial performance and cost control. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations will be a key part of your job. You will liaise with external auditors and tax agents to manage audits and regulatory filings. Lastly, you will identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Finance Manager position brings a wealth of experience in financial management or accounting. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. A professional certification such as CPA, ACCA or CIMA would be an added advantage. With at least 5 years of experience under your belt, you have developed strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, taxation laws and regulatory compliance. Your proficiency in using accounting software and financial management systems is commendable. Above all else, your excellent analytical abilities coupled with your problem-solving skills make you stand out from the crowd.
