What you'll do:
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering effective finance and accounting support to the Group Property Division. Your responsibilities will include driving financial analysis, forecasting, and modelling to support business decision-making. You will develop, analyse, and interpret accounting information to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, among other fiscal matters. You will also oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Develop, analyse, and interpret accounting information to appraise operating results
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports
- Maintain policies and procedures that require sufficient level of control over treasury activities
- Responsible for tax planning and compliance with all applicable taxes
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, reporting requirements, and all relevant accounting standards
- Present financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
