Our client is seeking a Group Finance Manager to join their team. This role is integral to the financial health of the organisation, with responsibilities including quarterly group consolidation reports, preparation of equity movements, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting from regional subsidiaries.
As the Group Finance Manager, your expertise in statutory accounting standards / IFRS will be crucial in ensuring that all Financial Statements are compliant. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to liaise with finance counterparts in various countries, providing a truly global experience.
What you'll do:
Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the financial stability of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for preparing quarterly group consolidation reports, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting from regional subsidiaries, and monitoring the consolidated indebtedness for the group.
- Prepare quarterly Group consolidation report
- Perform analytical review on results for quarterly board papers
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting from regional subsidiaries
- Prepare consolidated cash balance for the Group
- Monitor the consolidated indebtedness for the Group
- Provide detailed analytical review on monthly performance against budget
- Liaise with finance counterparts in various countries and external parties (tax and auditors)
- Ensure Financial Statements of the Group are prepared in compliance with statutory accounting standards / IFRS
