An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Finance and Administrative Manager to join a leading organisation based in Kota Damansara. This role offers the chance to head the Finance & Administration Department, manage taxation matters, and lead human resource functions. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to manage credit control functions of a subsidiary and coordinate budgeting processes. What you'll do:

As a Finance and Administrative Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering the financial direction of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Finance & Administration Department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective internal controls. You will also handle taxation matters, lead human resource functions, and manage credit control functions of a subsidiary. Additionally, you will coordinate budgeting processes across the group. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle diverse tasks efficiently.

  • Head the Finance & Administration Department ensuring proper internal control and timely preparation of financial reports.
  • Manage taxation matters of the company.
  • Oversee human resource and administration functions.
  • Lead and manage credit control function of a subsidiary.
  • Handle taxation matters of the Group.
  • Coordinate budgeting process of the Group.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Finance and Administrative Manager position brings a wealth of experience in finance and administration management. You possess professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or Degree in Accounting, coupled with at least 5 years of relevant work experience. Your meticulous nature, ability to work independently, and initiative make you stand out. Experience in audit firms would be an added advantage for this role. Furthermore, your willingness to travel overseas demonstrates your commitment to going above and beyond.
