What you'll do:
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the financial future of our client's organisation. You will manage the financial and statutory accounting for assigned entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Your expertise in preparing annual budgets, tracking budget performance, analysing variances, and developing cash flow forecasts will be crucial in this role. You will also handle tax matters, strengthen internal controls, collaborate with departments to improve financial performance, and participate in system implementation projects.
- Manage the financial and statutory accounting for assigned entities.
- Prepare WIP and provide recommendations on project profitability and cost optimisation.
- Compute key financial indicators and provide trend analysis of financials.
- Prepare annual budgets, track budget performance and analyse variances.
- Develop cash flow forecast and monitor actual cash flow position.
- Handle tax matters including withholding tax and corporate tax.
- Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Strengthen internal controls and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with departments to analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Involved in system implementation projects relating to process.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Finance Manager position brings a wealth of experience in finance management within the construction industry. With a degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications, you are proficient in MS Office applications and have knowledge of SAP.
