Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage their Finance Department. This role requires a strategic thinker with solid technical, analytical, and operational abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely submission of financial and management reports, ensuring adherence to financial, accounting, and operational procedures. They will also be tasked with providing accurate and timely submission of financial and cash flow forecasts as well as accuracy in forecasting operational performance.

What you'll do:
As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the finance department of our client's organisation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the department's operations, ensuring the accurate and timely submission of financial and management reports, adhering to strict financial, accounting, and operational procedures. You will also provide accurate financial and cash flow forecasts while accurately forecasting operational performance. Your role will involve managing the annual budgeting process, preparing statutory accounts, effectively managing working capital especially focusing on debtors and inventories. Additionally, you will review and analyze cost accounting reports.
