What you'll do:
As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations of the company. Your responsibilities will include preparing quarterly reports, reviewing financial statements, and making public announcements pertaining to financial matters. You will also be responsible for dealing with auditors, company secretaries, security commissions, and responding to Bursa queries. Additionally, you will oversee the consolidation for all companies under the parent organisation and prepare detailed Annual Reports. Your knowledge of deferred tax and costing will be crucial in this role. Furthermore, your leadership skills will be put to good use as you lead and nurture a team of 10 finance professionals.
- Prepare comprehensive quarterly financial reports
- Review and analyse financial statements for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare public announcements related to financial matters
- Liaise effectively with auditors, company secretaries, security commissions, and respond to queries
- Manage consolidation for all companies under the parent organisation

What you bring:

You should possess an ACCA / CPA Australia membership and have the ability to read and write Mandarin. Proven experience leading a team is essential, as is proficiency in using SAP systems. A strong understanding of deferred tax is required along with experience in preparing comprehensive financial reports. Excellent communication skills are necessary for dealing with auditors and regulatory bodies. Lastly, a strong understanding of costing is crucial for this role.
