Our client is seeking a highly knowledgeable and dependable Finance Manager to join their team. You will be instrumental in driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with global reporting requirements and company policies.

What you'll do:
As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full spectrum of financial matters.
- Manage the full spectrum of financial matters including day-to-day finance and administration operations
- Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in accordance with local generally accepted accounting principles and international financial reporting standards
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and group reporting
- Maintain control of accurate book-keeping processes: general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and expense/claims reports.
- Responsible for year-end audit (internal or external) and tax as well as other statutory/group requirements
- Establish and maintain financial policies and guidelines adhering to internal control compliance
- Support Facilities Management
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager position brings a wealth of experience in finance and accounting. With a minimum of 10 years' experience under your belt, you have honed your skills in audit activities, tax, reporting, financial planning and business controls.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline or Professional qualification in accounting or finance (CPA, ACCA, MIA or equivalent)
- Minimum of 10 years of finance and accounting experience including finance, accounting, audit and tax
- Proficiency in SAP accounting system
- Ability to deal tactfully and confidently with various business units at all organisational levels independently
- Demonstrated leadership skills with strong coaching abilities
- Ability to sustain high-level performance under pressure
