An exciting Finance Manager job has just become available at one of the MNCs in the healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for the full cycle of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

About the Finance Manager Role:
In this position, you will be responsible for the financial and management reporting including FP&A related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate month-end close activities
• Review overall P&L and variance to rolling forecast, budget/mandate and PY. In-depth understanding of the financial numbers and provide commentary for reporting
• Supervise the day-to-day routine operational work (e.g. data entries, reporting) and functions of the team who will be reporting to the incumbent to ensure orderly and prompt bookkeeping and transactions are booked in accordance to approved accounting standards
• Oversee compliance matters and internal control system. Manage projects rolled out by global/regional
• Ensure that the company’s policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to in order to meet the requirements of the internal audit procedures

To succeed in this Finance Manager role, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related fields
• Approximately 8 - 15 years of relevant work experience in financial reporting and month-end closing
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools
