About the Finance Manager Role:
As the Finance Manager, you will be managing various aspect of day-to-day finance operations, forecasting and budgeting activities within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for all-round finance and accounting functions, encompassing financial and management reporting, tax compliance, annual audit, and financial planning and analysis
• Ensure robust financial controls and strict compliance with tax laws and local regulatory requirements
• Prepare and analyse financial and management reports, prioritising accuracy and timely submission
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting activities
• Be involved with annual strategic planning process, providing support to other function groups
• Oversee the treasury function, maintaining optimal cash flow levels, monitoring, controlling, and reviewing banking facilities while ensuring compliance
• Oversee standard costing of inventory across all channels

To succeed in the Finance Manager job, you need to be performance driven and enthusiastic to succeed as part of a team.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
• Proven experience in financial management, with a minimum of 10 years in a similar leadership role
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to win the respect and trust of colleagues and customers
• Ability to produce meaningful financial analysis to guide business decision making and influence others at senior level
